Koehler illumination ensures that the specimen receives a bright uniform light. Only those areas actually seen are illuminated.A uniform, bright light source of the correct color is very important for obtaining high quality microscopic images. One problem is that the lamp is not able to produce a uniform light, because the filament of the lamp is brighter than its surrounding. One solution is to place a frosted glass plate above the light source as a diffuser. This reduces the light intensity and changes the color of the light, however.

I recently purchased the 30" dual color bar for my toyota that I spend endless hours chasing coyotes in. This bar has change my outlook on how I enter a field and how close I get. The red LEDs are supper bright and seem to leave all wildlife and livestock at ease as you come and go to and from your stand location. I had a minor concern with the switch operation but Elusive Wildlife reached out and addressed that concern to give me a better understanding. If you do any hunting under the stars like so many of us do I wouldn't leave home without one of these LED bars on your rig. 100% would recommend and purchase again!

Installed 2 of them on top of deer blind and they really light up all out front. Great for seeing pigs come in after dark. They seem to be high quality.
