The website was easy to use. Received the interior LED Kit for my Honda Pilot quickly. Install was super easy thanks to the video on YouTube and tools that came with the kit. I did slightly modify the tools so the blade end was thinner; had trouble getting it into the lens areas. Overall pleased with my purchase.

Service was professional and quick California to Florida in like 2 or 3 days. $72 for light bulbs seems a little pricey in my opinion, but the car looks great, & after watching the YouTube video install was fairly easy for me (im not at all handy)

Ordering was fine, the videos are a great tool and reference to installing the lights, however, for my Acura TSX, whoever fill that order got it wrong. Maybe they need to watch the video to make sure they put the right bulbs in.

This is my first order with you and it is difficult to judge until I see more than just the website, I would like to see more detail on what exactly I am purchasing and what each bulb goes to. After receiving my order I just received 3 lights, they said on there web site it was all the interior lights I was expecting the lights for the gauges. I only received two map lights and one dome light and the dome light was to long by 1/4 ". Will never purchase another thing from then.

Well I initially paid an extra $23 for 2 day shipping but it wasnt received for 5 days. The wrong bulbs (921) were sent. I called to get the right bulbs sent which took a few more days. Two different sets were sent and only one of the two would fit my vehicle.

At first I was impressed with PrecisionLED's marketing photographically measuring interior lighting improvements and emphasizing "LED bulbs that are carefully selected for your specific model". I did my own research and found competing bulbs for half the price but I decided it was best to leave it up to PrecisionLED to be certain I had the right parts and dome and map LEDs that matched one another (CAN bus, luminosity, color temperature, dimensions, bulb type). Unfortunately, the LEDs that were sent to me did not match what was in the product photos that I was expecting to receive: They were the wrong dimensions, and wrong bulb type. They let me do an exchange. It still didn't fit right but I made it work. The actual lighting was a huge improvement! But, unfortunately, my dome light has already burnt out after a year and a half (5000 miles).

However, the warranty information on the web site clearly indicates a "life time warranty" and does not exclude purchases prior to 2019, as follows: "Our lifetime warranty is limited to one replacement only. For example, if you order a kit with 10 LED bulbs, the maximum number of replacements we can warranty is 10 LED bulbs." Please be aware that this company does not stand by their products if they fail. Therefore, I will no longer be a customer of their products, as they do not honor their warranty or written policy(s).

These LED lights are a cinch to install even for an all thumbs guy like me. The ordering, shipping, and receiving process went without a hitch and the installation video was straight to the point and easy to follow. If you want to change out your old bulbs with LEDs, these are the people to go to.

The map lights were dimmer than I had expected, after having seen the YouTube installation video, making them appear as though they were upwards of around 800 lumens. The trunk LED was nice and bright though. The professional tools seemed a little flimsy.

My order originally contained the wrong bulb for the dome light for a 2016 Nissan Rogue but I placed a call and was promptly sent the correct bulb. All around, a good experience. The products are much more expensive than I've found in my research but I do like that there's detailed YouTube videos outlining how to install so that makes up for the extra cost. Thanks again!

It took a little time to get the product but once I received the package and install the bulbs, which is super easy, I was very happy and satisfied. The bulbs are a simple plugin because they have no polarity issues which makes the installation even smoother. The kit contains plenty of bright led bulbs and looks great once installed. I would buy this product again.

Impressed with color temp and lumens. Made the common mistake of trying to save money and ordering cheaper leds previously. They just aren't worth it and RARELY last the test of time and fail within months. I speak from first-hand experience. I can't speak for the durability of these yet... but if it is anything like "you get what you pay for", I shouldn't have to worry. My only concern is prolonged heat as the higher lumens bulbs emulate more, and the bulb is housed in a very small, air-tight and these type of lights are typically on for long periods of time as compared with brake lights for example, that light for shorter durations with the bulb able to cool down more. We'll see.

I Paid extra shipping for two- three day service. To my disappointment, My order went FedEx ground and took over one week to receive. When I followed up on the status of my order, I did not got a follow up response until this survey to respond.
