This project will replace the Police Department's Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) used by emergency 911 dispatchers and Records Management System (RMS) software used in police reports and crime analysis. Implementation of this project may include: installation of computer hardware and enhancement to current computer network infrastructure to support a new CAD and RMS software system; installation of new CAD and RMS software; conversion of current data into the new system; and training of support staff and personnel on use of the new system.

Tracsis DOC fully supports dispatching PTC-enabled railroads and uses either ITC or E-ATC. So no matter what PTC you use, Tracsis DOC allows dispatchers to enter mandatory directives directly into the dispatch system during normal use. What's more, all dispatcher-required functionality is automatically integrated into the office segment of PTC.
