* The One Day Delivery is based on Monday to Friday, i.e. business working days. (Excluding bank holidays). If an order is placed on a Friday, the next business day will be Monday. The cut off time for a next business day order is 1pm.

Over the last 12 Months road users were invited to tell us about their experience interacting with Road Trains and to comment on proposed changes to road train signage.

The delivery hours on the next business day and 2 business days are between 8:00am and 6:00pm, and will require a signature from the customer to accept the goods. If the customer is unavailable, the courier may leave a card or may try to reschedule another delivery attempt at a later date. (Please refer to our full terms and conditions).
