These tubes are made from PET and are what are used to make PET bottles.   These are similar to what White Labs used to use for selling and distributing homebrew yeast pitches.

Possible homebrew uses include storing yeast slurry and general small parts storage. On the non-brewing front, I’ve also found these handy for storage for smaller items when traveling.

Un obiettivo di questo genere non vede certo come l’occhio umano e lo si definisce obiettivo grandangolare Guardando attraverso di esso si abbraccia un panorama più ampio di quello colto dall’occhio, ma i singoli oggetti risulteranno rimpiccioliti. Sempre chi possiede una SLR, può montare un obiettivo che vede molto più stretto dell’occhio umano, ovverosia che ha un angolo visivo inferiore ai 45 gradi. Si può arrivare a 30, 15, in casi estremi anche a 6 gradi. Un obiettivo di questo genere è definito teleobiettivo. Guardando attraverso di esso si abbraccia un panorama più stretto di quello colto dall’occhio, ma i singoli oggetti risulteranno ingranditi. Dunque abbiamo: Il GRANDANGOLARE, più di 45 gradi, meno di 50 mm, che vede ampi panorami e rimpicciolisce gli oggetti; il NORMALE 45 gradi, 50 mm, che vede come l’occhio umano; il TELEOBIETTIVO, meno di 45 gradi, più di 50 mm, che vede panorami stretti e ingrandisce gli oggetti.

Esistono alcuni obiettivi la cui lunghezza focale è variabile fra due estremi.
