RapidSOS’ EDX enables emergency communication centers (ECC), real-time information centers (RTICs) and other critical response organizations to perform secure multi-agency communication by providing the ability to view incident data and coordinate resources for multi-agency response. Hexagon also announced significant enhancements to the existing RapidSOS integration in its industry-leading computer-aided dispatch (CAD) solutions, making it easier for dispatchers to access life-saving data quicker. Later this year, Hexagon’s RapidSOS Ready public safety solutions will enable easier access to emergency data available within the RapidSOS Platform.
