To view room assignments for individual cases, directions, and general information, there are Digital Displays in the Cummings and Mitchell courthouses. Hearing information, including case numbers and the names of individuals involved, are available, and wayfinding directions to quickly help the public navigate both courthouses. They may appear by dialing the Courtroom dedicated toll-free teleconference number and access code (if any) provided by CourtCall, LLC on the confirmation faxed to your office. A pre-hearing check-in will occur five minutes before the scheduled hearing time. The CourtCall Appearance is voluntary and may be planned without the other party’s consent, and the Court continues to reserve the right to reject any request. In matters where only one party elects to make a CourtCall Appearance, the case will be heard on the Court’s speakerphone provided by CourtCall.
