The entire system was built BY first responders FOR first responders. This means the system is intuitive and easy to deploy (regardless of technical capabilities). In 2019, during Hurricane Dorian, our software was used for the search and rescue efforts in the Bahamas. Within 24 hours of requesting software – their dispatch got access to our system and they were already dispatching the Coast Guard (and other volunteer efforts). By the end of the week there were over 650 individuals rescued via our software.

The requesting agency can see the status of their request through the CAD system, including which police units are assigned and their status. The agency can also see all of their previous requests and the outcome of those responses.
